Re: Lost Digital Transmit
Here's the culprit. Just one change of a setting gave me back my ability to transmit: Changed the driver from MME to Windows DirectSound

Re: Lost Digital Transmit
I've spent a good deal of time trying to change different settings back and forth from your settings on the web page to the ones that I've saved for myself from a while ago. I wonder if you'd be willing to update the screenshots of your settings on the web site. One area that is now a bit confusing ...

Re: Lost Digital Transmit
Normally it's up near the top. I just tried some things thinking it may be due to over-driving the signal. Strangely enough, it was able to get 4W out. I saw something about the firewire driver and firewire card on your web site. I wonder if the firewire card is going...

Re: Lost Digital Transmit
So I put all the audio cables and settings exactly as you have yours on your Audio Settings area of your web page. It still won't transmit using wsjt-x (upgraded to 2.2). I am mimicking nearly all your settings for PowerSDR and digital. I'm still not able to transmit using digital. Anything else I m...

SOLVED: Lost Digital Transmit
After upgrading to vs. 185 WSJT-X can't make the flex 3000 transmit. I went back to my saved back up screenshots and checked/reset my wsjt-x configurations and flex radio PowerSDR settings. After a while, went back to version 179 and did a factory reset, then reconfigured both programs to my backed ...

Fixed:FLdigi and WSJTX can't hear Flex3000
I just had a series of Win10 updates, I don't know if that's the problem. VSP Manager say says it's got wsjtx in Com 20 I can hear the FT8 transmissions through my speaker. I went back into my backup email where I sent screenshot of my settings in the various parts of Setup in wsjtx and Flex3000 rad...

JT4 or FT4?
In the band text setting, at 3.574 , 7.080 or 14.080 the label shows FT8. At 3.576 and so on, I believe the FT4 should be called JT4.

Re: Transmission running up the 20m dial
Here's a bunch more screenshots as the RFI took another turn as I was typing out the previous message.

Transmission running up the 20m dial
I took these four PowerSDR screenshots while working FT8 at 14.074. I noticed a progression of RFI showing up on the waterfall moving up the 20m dial. Any ideas?

Solution: Flex 3000/5000 setup with DDUtil, VSP Manager
The following video on youtube was a lifesaver, so to speak. I purchased a new, more powerful CPU as the old one just couldn't handle PowerSDR 2.8.100+. It's nice going from a CPU usage of 91 to 100% to a more managable 30 - 45%. My problem was trying to figure out how to get DDUtil v3 and VSP Manag...
