Swr and equalizer observations..
So the SWR saga is mostly solved, and while I still don’t understand the why, I know in my installation I must run the SWR plots in USB for them to be saved for later retrieval. Once I started doing that, all is well. My new mystery Has to do with the EQ. I am losing the 10 band EQ as I change Trans...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
I have been able to retrieve the stored ke9ns_SWR1.dat file! Unfortunately I broke my own rules of making only 1 change per experiment making 2 changes... 1st. change: I have only been left button clickIng on the PowerSDR v2.8.0 icon to start the program. I did a right button click, selected run as ...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
Darrin... Thank you So much for your time and help. Sorry to be such a pain. I can’t imagine what’s happening at this point, but it must be something in my radio/configuration/etc. that is different, or just something I’m doing wrong. Thanks again.. If I find any additional information that could be...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
My Turf region is US. (Would like to have extended turf, but that’s another topic) Radio model is Flex 3000...When running the 80 meter plot I ran 3.5 to 4.0 MHz in 4.0 kHz steps at a 350mSec scan speed.

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
Ok... I deleted the ke9ns_SWR1.dat file, then re-ran the SWR plot for 80 meters on Run #1.. Displayed properly UNTIl I did a PowerSDR restart.. No 80 meter data.. BUT the previous data from other bands still existed, even though the ke9ns_SWR1.dat had been deleted before this effort.. So I deleted k...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
Again... Even more information.. I erased the previous 80 meter (There were 4 files) and 40 meter files. Re-ran the plots, displayed fine... I closed, then reopened PowerSDR, and all bands displayed except 80 and 40 meters... Previously I indicated 15 was not displayed. That was because I had not ru...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
Ok more information...I had collected data on 80 through 10 meters. As I cycle through the bands, I see the collected data on 20 meters, 17 meters, 12 meters, 10 meters... But not 80 meters, 40 meters, 15 meters... ?? Of the past data collected, I assume it’ll always display the last data set collec...

Re: Past swr data retrieval and display
I must be doing something wrong... All of this works as you describe until I close the program and restart. It has saved the information. I can open the folder and see the saved files, but I’m unable to retrieve, and re-display them in the Panadapter..Are you only able to display the data into the P...

Past swr data retrieval and display
Love the ability to do the swr scan, and the information that is displayed. Is there a way to retrieve, and then display past data to the pan screen? It’s great to see current swr conditions, but it would also be great to see the data from a scan that has been previously saved from last week, or eve...

Re: In need of "muting of speaker audio" on transmit information
Thanks Darrin.. I misunderstood the update meaning.. I took it to mean you could enable a Speaker mute on transmit, which in my “unthinking want to find a quick fix” mind would be a solution to the rf/hum/distortion I have getting into my speakers on transmit. After I sent the message, I did some ex...

In need of "muting of speaker audio" on transmit information
I see on latest revision there is muting of audio on flex 5000. Is this possible on flex 3000? Where on the setup/menu can this option be selected? I have looked and are unable to find information on this. If it is not an option on the flex 3000, is it possible it will be in the future? Please accep...
