PowerSDR KE9NS v2.8

After upgrading to versions .182 and .183 with Flex-3000. The ATU button is enabled but when pressed it does not go into transmit mode. However, the Tuning Progress bar comes up and turns green. Does this on all bands and all modes. Pulser is off. Pressing the Tune button, the transmitter is activated and there is output power.

Nothing related to the ATU was touched in many version changes, but sometimes the database takes a hit after I make updates.

Open the ATU window. Try do a "Reset ATU database"? Otherwise you may need to then do a setup->factory defaults.

Then if you made a database backup, try a setup->import database
