hercules dj console work on win 10?

Hello,
i have a old hercules dj console,many years ago i used it with my flex 1500 . Now i'm testing it with flex 3000 and win 10,but it is not working.
Powersdr see hercules console and i can make configuration,but after save it i don't have any control by the console.
Do you know why?
