VU5k Little problem with tune step

I am fairly new with the 5000 and just starting using the 2m band. In short, this might be something I am doing.
Repeaters in this area are 15kHz apart so in the memories I have that specified as a tuning step when in the repeaters part of the band.
However, when I tune a step with mouse wheel, the first tune step does work correctly. If I tune down PSDR tunes only 5kHZ. If I tune up, PSDR tunes 10kHZ.
After that it seems to work correctly tuning 15kHz each step. Seems like it is trying to position itself on a boundary of some sort.

To see the problem just set VFOA to 145.49, tune step to 15kHz and use the mouse wheel to tune down. VFOA goes to 145.485 (only 5kHZ down). Tune down again and VFOA is set to 145.470 (15kHZ correct this time).

PSDR .193

I just verified that, yes, 15khz tune step does not act like you might expect.
Its part of the SnapTune routine and appears to be intentional from Flex (but I believe has a mistake in the code).

I normally run .5khz steps on the mouse wheel, and if you are sitting at, say, .25khz,
and then move the mouse wheel,
it tries to find the nearest .5khz, rather than simply adding .5khz to your current frequency.
So you move up another .25khz, so the display reads .5khz

But the larger tune steps (6.25khz and larger) are strange.

If you start at 7 mhz and tune step up 15khz, it moves up 5khz, then 15khz after that.
I believe its a glitch in the Flex Snaptune routine.
I believe it should just clear out the lower 15khz and move up 15khz to the nearest next 15khz step (just like .5khz works)

Surprised nobody has emailed me about this since it has been that way since at least v2.7.2 (probably much longer)

FYI
If you use the Scanner screen with a 15khz step, it works as expected.

I added a feature, if you click on the words "Tune Step:" it will turn Dark. Now larger Tune Step values, like 15khz, will act different than what has been the norm for many years.
Download .195 (if you already have .195, download again and install 2 times. select repair the 2nd time)

Thanks Darrin,
It works correctly now.
