PowerSDR KE9NS v2.8

The current version of Windows 10 Pro currently has Assembly Version 4.0.0.0 not Version 3.0.0.0 so V2.8.0.122 fails as soon as the mouse moves. Here is what the message says:

I forgot to add the file into the Full Installer.
I have now added it.
But you can just download the Incremental Installer (Green button) and install that, or go back on download the Full Installer overa gain (either way will work)

I reran the full installer and V2.8.0.122 now works like a champ! Thank you very much for adding the AutoItX3 files.
