hi, I have a lag problem in SSB, let me explain. when premomil PTT the OM listens to me with some delay as if at the iniźio I eat my words, ONLY WHEN I press PTT IN TX AND WHEN I RELEASE ... I HAVE A BIT OF ANNOYING LAG, thanks.

Check the Ant panel and make sure you dont have a TX delay of some kind.
Otherwise I would probably do a setup->factory defaults to see if it starts working properly.
